She is survived by: her children, Larry Wayne Smothers and Carol Smothers Hawks of Concord; her daughter-in-law Audrey Smothers of Bluefield; and her grandchildren, Scott Hawks, Christopher Hawks, Charlie Smothers III, Michael Andrew Smothers, Daniel Smothers and Amanda Smothers.
