She was predeceased by: her son Eddie Charles Fowler. She is survived by: her parents, Frankie Lane and Helen Fowler; her significant other Tommy Horne of Bluefield; her daughter Bethani Seal of Green Valley; her grandchildren, Alyvia Christine Seal, Devynn Benton Seal and Robbie Riggs; her brother Robert Fowler of Green Valley; and her half-brothers, Scotty Lane, Jesse Lane, Mark Lane and Frankie Lane. She is also survived by Cousin: Rev. Roger Fowler of McDowell County A host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
