She is survived by: her husband Carl Haley; her children, Floyd Phillips of Mercer Co, James Phillips of McDowell, Carl Phillips of Mercer Co, Allen Phillips of Ohio, Linda Green of Mercer Co, Crystal Dillon of McDowell Co, Rachel Grose of Mercer Co and Carol Dillon of Mercer Co; and her siblings, Greg, Leroy, Earl Green, Phyllis Osborne and Elizabeth Lane.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home (3431 Coal Heritage Rd, Bluefield, WV 24701). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
