It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elbert Gipson of Bluefield, West Virginia, born in Picayune, Mississippi, who passed away on September 25, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn A. Gipson; his parents, Morris Gipson and Vertis Mitchell Grey; and his sisters, Dorothy Louise Whitlock, Marsha Mack and Marion Lyons.
He is survived by: his daughters, Judith Radabaugh of Colorado Springs, CO and Andrea Gipson Sweet of Baton Rouge, LA; and his grandsons, Greg Bell of Baton Rouge, LA and John Radabaugh of Colorado Springs, CO..
