He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Juba and Mary Maxine Lewis Juba; and his wife Pamela Shrader Juba. He is survived by: his sisters, Scarlett Thompson (Kenny) of Princeton, WV and Gail Sturtevant of Lorain, OH; his son Michael Shrader Juba; his nieces and nephews, Danielle Riffe, Courtney Riffe, Kimberly Swim, Andrew Swim and Shane Swim; and his great-niece Joycelyn Swim.
