He was predeceased by: his parents, James Trusby Hubbard and Alice Payne Hubbard. He is survived by: his children, Dennis Hubbard (Amber Kelley) of Bluefield and Trusby Hubbard of Bluefield; and his grandchildren, Loretta Kelley, Gavin Eugene Richardson, Ryland Richardson and Ariel Belcher.
