He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Arnold and Caroline Musick. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his mother Lacey Aileen Miller; his children, Frankie, Angel and DJ; his children-in-law, Angie, Travis and Mary; his grandchildren, Amber, Kayla, Michelle, Noah, Emily, Justin, Alice and Bailey; and his great grandchildren, Brentley, Aubree and Lincoln. He is also survived by three brothers and two sisters.
