He is survived by: his mother Dorcas R Knuckles of Wytheville, VA.; his stepmother Pinky Johnston of Bluefield, WV.; his siblings, James E Johnston (Wanda) of Bluefield, Melissa A Lewis (Phillip) of Timberlake, NC, Lori L Murray of Rayland, OH, Crystal K Mills (Craig) of Huntington, WV and Amanda F Hinson (Ray) of Taylorsville, NC.; and his nieces and nephews, Zachary Lewis, Tanner Lewis, Levi Lewis, Matthew Johnston, Veronica Hudson, Alyssa Mills, Gabe Mills, Abbie Kinser, Elijah Kinser and Eddie Pearcy.
