He is survived by: his wife Lora Ann Duncan; his sister Lisa Cameron (Brian); his children, Rebecca Brewster (Mike), Justin Duncan, Kelly Duncan (Kelli Berri), Allen Asbury (Jennifer) and Crystal Proffitt (Tommy); and his nephew Brian Cameron.
