He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack Mullins and Margaret Graham Mullins; and his siblings, Sandra Mullins, Rufus Mullins and Billy Joe Mullins.
He is survived by: his sons, Scottie Mullins of Bluefield, WV and Adam Hagerman; his stepdaughter Shonna Crabtree (Ritchie); his siblings, Jackie Hamilton (Randy) of Bristol, TN and Sammy Mullins of Grundy, VA.; and his grandchildren, Dylan Mullins, Hope, Lenz, Justin Hagerman, Austin and Kylee Crabtree. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
