He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Patrick and Helen Lawson Patrick; and his sisters, Judy Harris (Arthur) of Danville, VA and Rita Sutley of Washington. He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Mullins Patrick; his children, Jason Patrick (Allison) of Radford, VA, Heather Mooney (Ronald) of St. Albans, WV and Tyler Patrick of Wytheville, VA; and his grandchildren, Gage, Johanna Patrick and Hunter Mooney.
