He was predeceased by: his parents, William L. Nelson and Edna Lambert Nelson; and his daughter Lisa Michele Nelson. He is survived by: his uncle David K. Lambert (Robin) of Princeton; his cousins, Jessica Lambert of Mt. Holly, NC, Todd and Polly Patton; and also, Abigail Asbury of Springville, VA, Andy Patton of Bluefield, VA, Michael, Kim Patton of Bluefield, VA, Bree and Phillip. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
