He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Edgar Gray Palmer; his wife Sadie; his sister Mary Doyle White; his children, Jerri McNew (Richard) of Hagerstown, MD and Butch Tate (Lynn) of Fairfax Station, VA; and his granddaughter Sarah Morris (Chris) of Leesburg, VA.. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
