She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Stevenson and Pearl Smith Stevenson; her husband Charlie Tate Edwards, Sr.; her sons, Randy, Ronnie and Tommy; her siblings, Fay, Eula, Brenda, Rachel, Betty, Nancy, Margaret and Jim; and her close friend Tommy Lambert.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Hale (David) of Bluefield, VA, Charlie Edwards (Debbie) of Bluefield, WV and Jimmy Berry (Tammy); her siblings, Carol Synan (Randy), Mary "Tenny" Wallace, Debbie "Sis" Beverly (Bill), Rita Frost (Ernest), Pete Sawyers and Butch Sawyers; her caregiver Kathy Hale; and her close friend Phyllis Hopkins. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren.
