She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Hallis and Emma Barna Hallis; her mother-in-law Ethel Mabry; and her daughter-in-law Kathy Phillips. She is survived by: her husband John Phillips; her son Daniel Phillips of Gary, WV; her grandchildren, Marielle Messick (Brian), Scott Jessee (Heather), Haylie McPherson (Austin) and Landon Roberts; her daughter Deborah Bowlick (Jeffrey) of Bluefield, WV; her grandchildren, Jason Bowlick (Kerri) and Amanda Bowlick; her daughter Martha Colo (Tony); and her grandchildren, Joseph Colo and Sarah Colo.
