It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Casper Anthony Bailey (Bluefield, West Virginia), born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on December 21, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent William H. Bailey; and his siblings, Gloria Aubrey, Margie Terry and Frank Bailey. He is survived by: his parent Effie Montgomery Bailey; his wife Peggy King Bailey of Bluefield; his children, Neil A. Bailey (Melody) of The Villages, FL and Teresa Robinson (J. C.) of Bluefield; his sister Joyce Baker of Louisville, KY; his grandchildren, Bradley A. Bailey, Jeremiah C. Robinson (Melanie) and Keli Ann Robinson Malkin (Henry); and his great grandchild Shea Malkin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
