She is survived by: her fiancé John L. Sullivan; her children, Christopher Horne of Princeton, WV, Jerry Horne of Bluefield, WV, Mary Horne of Bluefield, WV and Sherry Horne of Bluefield, WV; her stepchildren, Jonathan Sullivan of Bluefield, WV and Jennifer Sullivan of Bluefield, WV; her sister Mary Ellis of Nashville, NC; her grandchildren, Noah Stamper, Bradly Horne and Dalton Horne; her nephew Brian Ellis; and her great-nephew Brandon Ellis.
