He was predeceased by: his father Lee Edward Puckett, Sr.; and his parents-in-law, Buster Smith Jr. and Pauline Smith. He is survived by: his wife Deanna "Dee" Puckett; his son Will Puckett; his brothers, Lee Edward "Eddie" Puckett (Mary Lynn) of Greer, SC and John Puckett (Donna) of Abingdon, VA; his sister-in-law Cyndi Smith of Cary, NC; his nieces, Kristen Puckett, Kelly Harris (Brandon) and Erinn Linkous (J. R.); and his nephew Erick Puckett (Jessica). He is also survived by many loving extended family members and friends.
