He is survived by: his children, Steve Parker (Kathy Hoback) of Maryville, Tennessee, Susan Parker Moore of Bluefield and Joni Parker Yearout (Dusty) of Bluefield. He is also survived by his three children, seven grandchildren, and thirteen great grandchildren.
