He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Head Crouse; his daughter Sherry Blankenship (Eugene) of Hanover, WV; his granddaughter Tonia Chinsolo (Jason) of Bluefield; his great grandchildren, Abby, Holly and Brady Chinsolo; and his brother Bob Crouse (Carol) of Havre. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
