He is survived by: his children, Amy Melvin (Roy) of Bluefield, WV, Jerry Billips, Wayne Billips and Tammy Sexton; his sisters, JoAnn Neal of Bluefield, WV, Judy Neal (Randy) of Alpharetta, GA and Tamra Roberts (Rick) of Greensboro, NC; and his grandchildren, Emily and Lacey Melvin.
