Betty Lynn touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband John "Billy" Adkins; and her grandson Jeremiah. She is survived by: her close friend Jerry Shrewsbury; her pet Mochi; her children, John Adkins (Janet) of Princeton, WV, Curtis Adkins, Cristy Adkins of Beckley, WV and Jennifer Collins (Darrell); her grandchildren, Ember Wolf, Reylei, Laura Lane, Deanna Lane and Nikki Lane (Jaylin); her great grandchild Kaelin Peoples; and her siblings, Evelyn Rose, Carolyn Slusher, Buddy Mullins and Stanley Mullins (Terri). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews; as well as friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home (3431 Coal Heritage Rd, Bluefield, WV 24701). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
