She was predeceased by: her former husband Robert Leo Homberg; her husband Curtis Phelps; her stepson Joseph Scott Homberg; her brother Clarence Raymond Neely; and her stepdaughter Mary Aliff.

She is survived by: her son Clarence Raymond Homberg of Bluefield; and her stepchildren, Bunny Gaither, Joan Sadler and Robert Leo Homberg Jr..
