She was predeceased by: her parent Watt McKinley Carter; and her siblings, Darrell Carter and Willa Dean Carter. She is survived by: her parent Edith E. J. Brown DeQuino; her children, Carl Russell Tabor of Bluefield, Sherri Tabor Willer of Ft. Myers and Samantha Jane DeQuino of Bluewell; and her sister Marie Kirby (Thomas) of Bluewell Funeral. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
