He was predeceased by: his parents, Barney Caleb Rowe, Sr. and Pricie Ann Ellis Rowe; and his siblings, Phyllis Collins, Rita Lee, Barbara Lambert and Darrell Edward Rowe.
He is survived by: his wife Nellie Marie Mullins Rowe of Bluefield; his children, Teresa Rowe of Bluefield, Tina Marie Rowe (Roger Watkins) of Bluefield, Tonya Rowe (Sammy Harris) of Bluefield, Michelle Wellman (Ronald) of Welch and Christopher Rowe of Bluewell; his grandsons, Travis, Joshua, Juwan Rowe, Joseph Wellman and Tajay Crockett, Jr.; and his sister Cathy Graham of Gary. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren including special granddaughter he raised as a daughter.
