He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Harris Taylor; his children, Ronald Taylor (Laurie) of Salem, VA, Richard Taylor of Peterstown, WV and Rachael Taylor of Shelbyville, KY; and his brother Lewis "Buddy" Taylor (Pat) of Bluefield. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
