He is survived by: his mother Barbara Godfrey Dillard Lewis; his wife Patsy Gore Dillard; his children, Maria Dillard and Ricky Carroll Jr. (Myra); his siblings, Thomasyne Lewis Hill, Denise M. Lewis, Godfrey Eugene Dillard (Tenna) and Michael Bernie Lewis; and his aunts, Georgie Godfrey Price and Andrea Eleanor Mitchell. He is also survived by four nieces and two nephews; several great-nieces and great-nephews; a host of cousins and many dear friends.
