She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Shrader and Bethel Shrader; her husband C. D. Price; her grandson Brian K. Shrader II; and her brother Joe Shrader.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vickie Taylor (Barry) of Hartford City, IN and Angela Price of Princeton, WV; her grandchildren, Joshua Taylor, Hope Taylor and Bryson Shrader (Courtney); and her siblings, R. K. Shrader (Juanita) of Georgia and Carolyn Barnett (John) of Bluefield, WV..
