She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Hazelwood and Josephine Boyd Hazelwood; her husband Fred; her daughter Susan Clark; and her sisters, Joann Moody, Helen Nuckols and Elaine Hazelwood.
She is survived by: her family Frankie; her sons, Fred Kinder (Christy) of Princeton, WV and Robert Kinder (Robin); her grandchildren, Brent Kinder, Daffaney Tibbs, Junior Clark, Cathleen Evans and Cerria Dale; her great grandchildren, Taylor Tibbs, Sam Tibbs, Kaydence Dale, Jaxon Jordan and Thomas Evans; her great great grandchild Tatum Tibbs; and her brothers, Tom, Claude and Jerry Hazelwood.
In remembrance of Frankie's life, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to Amy's House of Hope (177 Rosewood Drive, Princeton, WV 24740) or God's Army Against Hunger, a program to feed children (388 Elmhurst Rd, N. Tazewell, VA 24630).
