He is survived by: his wife Lena Snapp; his son James Omps (Katie); his brothers, Wendell Omps (Joyce) of Whitacre, Virginia, Harold Jennings (Shirley) of Bloomery and Ronald Omps (Burma) of Augusta; and also, Marshall Snapp of Frederick County, Virginia, Donald Snapp (Sheila) of Frederick County, Virginia, John Snapp (Phyllis) of Frederick County, Virginia, Thelma Jenkins of Bunker Hill, Mary Bell of Stephens City, Virginia and Dorothy Roy (Eddie) of Kernstown, Virginia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
