He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Dane Statler and Martha Mae Ammons Statler; and his siblings-in-law, Bill Tennant and Linda Statler. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Lough Statler; his children, Jason Statler (Holly) of Blacksville, WV, Shelly Tennant (Michael) of Core, WV and Kenneth Statler (Heather) of Wadestown, WV; his siblings, Gary Statler of Jake's Run and Arietta Tennant of Blacksville, WV; his sister-in-law Linda Broll (David) of Fairview, WV; his grandchildren, Nicholas Statler, Colton Statler, Tyler Tennant, Kelsey Tennant, Taylor Statler, Tucker Statler and Tanner Statler; and his great grandchild Zoey Statler. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Sundale Nursing Home, 800 J.D. Anderson Drive, Morgantown, WV 26505, and Amedisys Hospice Care.
