It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Adrian Tennant of Blacksville, West Virginia, born in East Liverpool, Ohio, who passed away on January 27, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kenneth A. Tennant and Jane Lemley Tennant; his wife Penny Sue Johnson Tennant; his daughter Angie Costello (Brandi Wolfe) of Blacksville; his grandchildren, Adrian Costello and Asten Costello; and his stepgrandchildren, Nick Harris and Tiffanie Harris.
