She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony "Tony" Colland and Grace Price Colland Rebold; her husband Robert Carl "Bob" Willard; and her siblings, James Colland (Odessa), Archie Collands (Bonnie), Robert Colland, Minnie Dudley (Donald), Francis Buchanan (James) and Doris Jean Wolford Blihar (Newton).
She is survived by: her children, Joyce Louise Conn (John) and Robert Carl Willard Jr. (Janice Tedrick); her grandchildren, Lloyd Robert Conn (Christina Harper), Rachelle Marie Conn (Mike Mainhart), Brittany Lane Fitzsimmons (Omar Ouriaghli) and Bethany Ann Mort (Bruce Mort); her great grandchildren, Ashley Conn (Zachary Gooden), Raven Conn, Jacob Conn, Caleb Conn, Jayden Conn, Elijah Fitzsimmons, Brayden Mort, Landen Workman and Braylann Mort; her great great grandchild Carmella Louise Gooden; her sisters, Rose Boggs (Bud) and Alice Britton (Clyde); and her friend Karen May.
