We are sad to announce that on January 3, 2025, at the age of 73, Jimmy R. Tennant (Blacksville, West Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donley "Ike" Tennant and Roxie P. Tennant; his wife Gail L. Tennant; his brother Rodney W. Tennant; his grandson Patrick A. Tennant; and his great grandchild Nevaeh F. Tennant.
He is survived by: his children, James "Jimbo" Tennant of Morgantown and Billie Dawn (Jeff Price) of Daybrook; his siblings, Billy Ray (Brenda Tennant) of Mooresvillle and Roxana (Mike Cahill) of Virginia Beach, VA; his sister-in-law Kay Tennant of Jakes Run; his grandchildren, Brittani, Dakota, Austin, Jordan and Ashley; and his great grandchildren, Evelyn, Bentley, Landon (Little Man), Ensley and Isobel (Izzy).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Owen-Neely Funeral Home (5894 Mason-Dixon Hwy, Blacksville, WV 26521). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
