He is survived by: his close friend Golf Course; his wife Brenda; his children, Brian Michael (Christina) and Tara Kurcaba (Brian) of Morgantown; his grandchildren, Audrey, Faith and Brian Kurcaba; and his sister Sondra Copeland of Melrose, FL.
