He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Price and Cross Price of Indiana; his wife Willa Price; and his siblings, James Price, Jesse Price, Ronnie Price, Wesley Price, Imogene Chisler, Betty and Darlene.
He is survived by: his children, Virginia "Ginny" Swaney of Smithfield, PA, Bruce (Vicki Mort) of Daybrook, Richard Price (Pam Chesney) of Daybrook and Amelia "Millie" (Jack Williams) of Jakes Run. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
