He was predeceased by: his parents, Zella Richards and Derea Paugh Richards. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Richards of Big Springs, WV; his children, Billy Richards of Lubeck, WV, Christopher Richards (April) of Munday, WV and Gai Le (Quang) of Papillion, Nebraska; and his siblings, Rolland Richards of Warren, Ora Richards of Ohio, Jenny Belt of Parkersburg and Nora McIntyre of Parkersburg. He is also survived by nine grandkids.
