He is survived by: his father Verlin; his sons, Eddy Jo (Ashley) of Iowa and Randy Millican of Iowa; his siblings, Donnie Millican (Holly) of Norton and Connie Stover (Harry) of Peninsula; his stepsisters, Linda Shaffer (Buck) of Elyria, Naomi White of Lagrange, Margaret Kerby (Wilbert) of Big Springs, WV, Carrol Dye (Gary) of Big Springs, WV and Sharon Yeager (Jim) of Big Springs, WV; his niece Stephanie Gorecki (Steve) of Streetsboro; and his nephews, Ken Stover of Peninsula, Nicholas Millican (Heather) of West Jefferson, Daniel Millican (Jacquiline) of Morehead and Brandon Millican of Norton. He is also survived by great-nieces, nephews, and step-nieces and nephews.
