She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Monroe and Olie Hopkins Monroe; her husband Harley Ray Collins; and her son Mike Collins. She is survived by: her children, Kenny Ray Collins of Freeport, WV, Linda L. Frymier of Belpre, OH, Harley P. Collins (Carol) of Petroleum, WV and David C. Collins (Anna) of Big Springs; and her daughter-in-law Eva Collins. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Raiguel Funeral Home (1200 E Main St, Harrisville, WV 26362). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
