He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Jess and Yvonna Mary Richards Collins; and his daughter Shannon Lea Collins. He is survived by: his daughter Sabrina Anne Basnett (Warren) of Grantsville; his grandchildren, Aidan of Grantsville, Colin of Grantsville, Brody Hudnall of Grantsville, Mackenzie Basnett of Grantsville and Taylor Basnett of Myrtle Beach, SC.; and his sisters, Vicki Combs of Big Springs, Debby Collins (Rusty) of Smithville, Kim Houchin (Doug) of Beech and Vicky Cunningham (Harold) of Smithville.
