He was predeceased by: his parents, John Herman and Adalene "Tad" Suttle Snider; and his brother Charles Snider. He is survived by: his wife Sherry J. Strauss Snider; his sons, John William Snider of Pleasant Hill, Michael Dean Snider of Orma and Christopher Gene Snider of Big Springs; and his siblings, Carolyn Jane Strauss of Belpre, Ohio and Richard Leon Snider of Parkersburg. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
