He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Marcum, Erica Muncy, Kristy Spurlock and David Spurlock; his siblings, Sharon Fillinger (Wetzel), Tina Spurlock, Vicki Davis (Bob), Margaret Harless (Jackie), Roseanna York (Willie), Jim Hall and Ira Hall; his grandchildren, Kaelynn Richardson, Krystalyn Richardson, Tanner Herron, Hartley Maynor, Savannah Mileto, Tyler Mileto, Emily Ely, Clayton Lowery and Ryleigh Morall; and his close friend Tammy Farmer-Long. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
