He is survived by: his close friend Margie Hughes; his children, Garnet Hughes, Diane Browning (Danny), Randy Hughes (Christina) and Shawn Hughes; his siblings, Violet Rae Toppings and Denny Ray Wallens; his grandchildren, Zachariah Browning, Tristan Browning, Emily Kinser (Jeremiah) and Cody Browning; and his great grandchildren, Oaklynn Browning and Huntley Browning.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Kitchen Community Church (42 Kitchen Hill Rd, Chapmanville, WV 25508). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
