He is survived by: his parent Irene "Peggy" Shinn of Big Chimney; his children, Mike Shinn (Kelly) of Fort Myers, FL, Jimmy Shinn (Mary) of Charleston and Pam Workman (Doak) of Houston, TX; his stepsons, Randy Parsons (Nancy) of Scott Depot and Larry Parsons (Rhonda) of Milton; his brother Wesley Shinn of Sebring, FL; his grandchildren, Mandi Patton, Katie Seaton, Jessica Yoder of Nappanee, IL, Philip Rukse of Hurricane, Duran of Houston, TX, Megan of Houston, TX and Dexx Workman of Houston, TX; and his friends, Pastor John Rollins, Ed Schwartz and Bob Saber.
