He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Tignor and Lillie Flowers; his wife Barbara Perry; his son Eddie Tignor; his sisters, Ida O. Skeens and Edana Hughart; and his close friend Jewel Foster.
He is survived by: his son Gregory Tignor; his granddaughter Madison Tignor; his brothers, Bobby Tignor and Glenn Tignor; and his nephew Michael Bright.
