He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Walter "Pete" Lipscomb; his nephew Matt Reynolds; his mother Phyllis Jean Lipscomb (Jones) of Pinch; his wife Lisa Teel Lipscomb of Big Chimney; his sister Pam Reynolds of Parkersburg; his niece Cassie Reynolds of Ohio; and his nephew Brandon Teel of Pinch. He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, cousins and his vast number of friends.
