He was predeceased by: his parents, Glover Starcher and Delma Starcher; and his daughter Crystal Starcher. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Starcher; his children, Laura Moon (Thomas Moon) of Greenwood, SC, Lisa Honaker (Joseph Honaker) of Ronceverte, WV and Will Starcher (Jessica Starcher) of Cool Ridge, WV; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Mullens (Caleb Mullens) of Maysville, NC, Avery Honaker, Tristan Honaker, Alex Starcher and Caleb Starcher; his great grandchildren, Briella Mullens and Nathan Mullens; his siblings, Patricia Criss, Genita Starcher, Bernard Starcher and Glover Starcher (Junior); and also, Sue McNabb, Sharon Sturms and Wanda Miller. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association in his honor.
