She was predeceased by: her parents, William D. Hopkins and Sarah Mullens Hopkins Rose; her husband Eugene Hensley Sr.; her sisters, Norma Hamilton and Donnie Phibbs; and her stepfather Rev. John Rose.
She is survived by: her children, Eugene Hensley Jr. (Kathleen) of Princeton, WV and Kimberly Taylor (Jackie) of Hanover, WV; and her grandchildren, Daniel Shepherd, LeAnn Duquette, Holly, Jonathan Griffith, Kailyn Taylor, Tiffani Skinner, Danyelle Johnson and Amber Kinser. She is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren and one great- great grandchild.
