He was predeceased by: his parent Wattie Yoak; his sister Ruby Jean Godfrey of Silver Springs, MD; his sons, Robert (Nancy) of Nobe, WV, Roger (Beverly) of Youngstown, Ohio and Arnold Frank (Jeanette) of Nobe, WV; his wives, Mildren Bush Yoak and Mavedean Wilson Yoak; and his granddaughter Cierra Yoak Boothe.
He is survived by: his parent Alverta Wells Yoak; and his grandchildren, Eugene Yoak (Karen), Richard Yoak (Shelly) of Green River, WY, Michelle Yoak, Misty Yoak of Lyman, Carolynn Stewart of Youngstown, Ohio, Michelle Stewart of China and Mikayla Yoak of Nobe. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, one great-great-granddaughter, and several nieces and nephews.
