He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Roat and Edith Roat. He is survived by: his children, Cyrus Roat (Stevie) and Meredith Roat (Eric Buck); his granddaughter Louise Roat; and his siblings, Barbara Probst, Steve Roat (Kim) and Beth Osgood. He is also survived by three nephews, four nieces, and six great nephews and nieces.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at 114 Darwin Dr, Beverly, WV 26253.
